Edit a Page in WordPress

  1. In the Pages menu, click Edit. A list of pages will appear.
  2. Hover over the title of the page you wish to edit. 4 options will appear just below the title:
    1. Edit – this is a full edit that allows you to open the post and edit all the contents of the post.
    2. Quick Edit – This option allows you to change attributes of the post (title, date published, categories, etc), but not the actual content of the page.
    3. Trash – Moves the page to the trash
    4. Preview – View the page on your blog.
  3. Choose the option you wish and edit as required.
