It is our aim to support learning-centred teaching practice and ultimately organizational effectiveness, by engaging in educational practices that place learning first, increase access to learning opportunities, and create flexibility in programs and courses.

Student learning is the primary purpose of Camosun College. It invites us to continually focus on the goals, decisions and processes that support learning-centred practice. In this way, we consciously and collectively foster the development of Camosun as a learning-centred college and explore ways in which we can improve the quality and the effectiveness of our programs and services
