Chairs and Program Leaders
Educational Support & Development has prepared this 59 page reference manual to support Chairs and Program Leaders.
This reference was initially developed in 2007 by Anita Kess (a past Chair of English) in response to a need from faculty across the college who were new to the role of Department Chair or Program Leader.
In the fall of 2010, this reference was updated and re-formatted and is now available in a PDF format.
